Return
Sometimes you may want to return your order. Maybe because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want to keep your order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@homelifeandliving.nl.

You have another 7 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the web shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7.25 per parcel, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us in its original state. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@homelifeandliving.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving the return provided the product has been received back in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.

Product exchange?
Would you like to exchange the product? That's no problem at all. You can contact info@homelifeandliving.nl for this. However, you will bear the cost of returning the product yourself.
